Its goal is to build a sustainable, inclusive, and accessible artist residency ecosystem in Türkiye.
The platform facilitates networking, consultancy, and training activities among artists, curators, cultural professionals, and institutions.
It also aims to increase the visibility of artist residency programs and promote ethical, ecological, and participatory approaches in the field.
Main Activities

Organizational Capacity
TARN is a non-profit collective structure founded by three leading institutions experienced in running artist residency programs and network-building.
Over time, the platform aims to expand its scope and impact through the inclusion of new institutions.

Management and Coordination:
Project management and general coordination are led by cultural professional Bengü Gün, who has extensive experience in the field of artist residency programs.
